msn-pecan pidgin的msn插件 期待离线消息功能

作者是pidgin的msnp主要开发者，说是pidgin忽视msnp的开发，所以独立出来作为一个插件。
目前已经支持了personal-message 离线消息放在了milestone-0.1.0 目前版本为0.0.12
